Los Tres Sietes
Dorado fishing, pigeon and optional perdiz hunting guests are accommodated in an elegantly converted polo pony facility and grounds. The food is delicious and stylishly presented by owner and chef, Julieta Gaviņa, who was trained at the elite Maussi Sebes culinary academy in Buenos Aires.
